YOUโ€™RE ON FERTILE GROUND

From building a strong fertility foundation to rebuilding after birth, I help women nourish themselves with care rooted in ancestral wisdom, real food, and modern tools.

โ€œYour labs look normalโ€ is not an answer.

Neither is โ€œunexplained infertilityโ€, โ€œthatโ€™s just part of pregnancyโ€, or โ€œevery new mom is exhaustedโ€.

You know your body better than anyone, yet so many women are brushed off and told to wait and see. Your body isnโ€™t broken and your symptoms arenโ€™t random, you just need someone to help you make sense of what your body is asking for.

I believe your body knows how to heal, adapt, and find its balance when it's given the right nourishment. My work starts with real food, ancestral living, and reconnection: to your body, your cycles, the seasons, and the wisdom women have carried for generations.

Whether you're balancing your hormones, preparing to conceive, growing a healthy baby, or rebuilding after birth, you deserve care that's personal and rooted in both evidence-based care and ancestral wisdom.

Hi, Iโ€™m Lauren Bailey

FUNCTIONAL NUTRITIONIST, HTMA PRACTITIONER, AND BIRTH & POSTPARTUM DOULA

I grew up in Missouri playing in creek beds, foraging for mushrooms with my dad, and cooking fresh meals with my mom. Somewhere along the way, I lost that connection, and after walking through my own illnesses and nutrient depletions, I realized how much our disconnection from food, community, and ancestral practices was making us sick.

So I followed that thread back to experimenting in the kitchen again, to Montana to pursue my master's in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine, and into birth rooms as a doula. In every space, I noticed that women were craving the same thing: deep nourishment and real connection.

I am passionate about working with women through every stage of fertility and motherhood and love helping women find their way back to their bodies through real food, seasonal rhythms, and whole-woman care.
