Sound familiar?

“Your labs look normal” is not an answer.

Neither is “unexplained infertility,” “that’s just part of pregnancy,” or “every new mom is exhausted.”

You know your body better than anyone, yet so many women are brushed off and told to wait and see. Your body isn’t broken and your symptoms aren’t random. You just need someone to help you make sense of what your body is asking for.

Maybe you’re noticing…

  • You’re tired in a way that a good night’s sleep doesn’t fix.
  • Your cycles, cravings, or moods feel harder to predict than they used to.
  • You’re hoping to conceive, or you’ve just given birth, and you want your body to have what it needs.
  • You’ve tried the supplements, the apps, and the strict diets, and you’re worn out by all of it.
  • You want someone to look at the whole picture, not one number on a lab report.

These aren’t random. They’re signs your well is running low, and that can be rebuilt.

Why a well?

Every season draws from the same well

Your cycles, stress, growing a baby, birth, nursing, and long nights all draw from what your body has stored up. When more goes out than comes back in, the well runs low, and that’s usually when the symptoms start to show.

The Rooted Well Method is about refilling it slowly and steadily with real food, minerals, rest, and rhythm, so you have something to draw from in every season ahead. No quick fixes, no long list of pills. Just the foundations, done well and done consistently.

Personal to you

Your plan should look like your life

I don’t hand out templates. Before I suggest a single change, I want to know your story: what your days actually look like, what you love to eat, what your kitchen and budget allow, and what you can realistically take on right now.

From there, we focus only on what matters most for you, in the season you’re in. Small, relevant changes you can keep doing are worth far more than a perfect plan you can’t.

In practice, that looks like:

  • Starting with the foods you already love
  • Working within your budget and your kitchen
  • Going at a pace that fits your real life
  • Giving you options, never just one rigid path
  • Trusting what you already know about your own body
If it isn’t relevant to you, it doesn’t belong in your plan.

Built from your story

Your history, your labs, your cycle, and your goals shape every recommendation I make.

Relevant, not generic

If a change doesn’t fit your body or your life, it doesn’t make the list. No forty-item handouts.

A few changes at a time

We start with what will make the biggest difference for you, so the changes actually stick.

Adjusted as you go

Your plan shifts as your body responds and as your season changes, not on a fixed script.

Where we can focus

What we can work on together

  • Steadier blood sugar and energy that lasts all day
  • Replenishing depleted minerals
  • Supporting your hormones, cycles, and thyroid
  • Easing nausea and fatigue in pregnancy
  • Calmer, happier digestion
  • Restful sleep and a steadier mood
  • Rebuilding your reserves after birth

If you’re done guessing and ready for support that’s built around your body, this is where we start.

The foundations

Every piece of your plan, rooted in the basics

Real food

Whole, seasonal, mineral-rich meals

Minerals

Tested, then thoughtfully replenished

Rest

Sleep, slowness, and nervous system care

Sunlight & movement

Daily rhythms your body was built for

Herbs & supplements

Gentle, targeted, and only when needed

Beyond the plate

A way of living, not just a meal plan

Food is the foundation, but it isn’t the whole picture. Alongside your plan, I’ll help you bring back the simple, old-fashioned rhythms that help your body actually use what you’re feeding it.

This can include:

  • Eating with the seasons and sourcing food close to home
  • Getting morning light and protecting your evenings from it
  • Traditional food prep: broths, soaking, and fermenting
  • Simple swaps to lower the toxins in your home and routine
  • Slowing down and protecting your rest
  • Eating in a rhythm that keeps your energy steady
And none of it happens all at once. We take it one small step at a time, starting wherever you are.

What’s included

Four months, fully supported

Everything you need to understand what your body is asking for, and the support to actually follow through.

  • Welcome Session

A 60-minute call to talk through your history, your season, and what you’re hoping for.

  • Mineral Testing, Twice

An HTMA at the start and again near the end, so we can see where you’re depleted and watch your body rebuild.

  • Functional Bloodwork

A round of functional labs to fill in the rest of the picture alongside your minerals.

  • Your Protocol Session

A 75-minute session to walk through your results and your food-first plan, laid out in phases so you’re never changing everything at once.

  • Seasonal Meal Guides

Monthly meal guides and recipes built around what your body needs and what’s in season.

  • Biweekly Check-Ins

30-minute calls every other week to see what’s working and adjust as your body responds.

Message me between calls with questions, wins, and hard days. I reply within one business day.

Optional add-on for local clients

Private cooking in Gallatin, Broadwater, and Lewis & Clark Counties: nourishing meals cooked for you, especially helpful in pregnancy and postpartum.

How it unfolds

One season at a time

Four months is long enough to see real change, and slow enough that it sticks.

1
Month One

Gather

We meet for your welcome session, you fill out your intake, and your mineral testing and bloodwork get underway.

2
Month Two

Lay the foundations

We go through your results together in your protocol session, and you start the first phase of your food-first plan.

3
Month Three

Build

Biweekly check-ins keep things moving. We adjust as your body responds and add the next layer when you’re ready.

4
Month Four

Retest & root in

Your second HTMA shows what’s shifted, and we put together a plan you can carry into your next season.

Is this a fit?

Let’s make sure it’s right for you

A good fit if…

  • You want a food-first approach, not a cabinet full of supplements.
  • You’re ready to make steady changes over four months.
  • You’re curious what your minerals and labs can tell you.
  • You want support for the season you’re in, not a generic plan.
  • You value old wisdom alongside modern testing.

Maybe not right now if…

  • You’re looking for a quick fix or a pill for every symptom.
  • You need a medical diagnosis or treatment. I work alongside your doctor, not in place of one.
  • You don’t have room right now for cooking, rest, and check-ins.
  • You’d rather follow a strict, one-size-fits-all meal plan.

Questions

Good things to know

Do I need to be trying to conceive?

Not at all. The Rooted Well Method is for any woman who wants steadier hormones, energy, and mood. Preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum are just a few of the seasons it supports.

Is the testing included in the price?

Yes. Both HTMAs and your round of functional bloodwork are included, lab fees and all.

Do you work with women outside of Montana?

Yes. All sessions happen online, so you can join from anywhere. Private cooking is the only piece that’s local to Montana.

Will I have to take a lot of supplements?

Food comes first. If your results show a supplement would truly help, I’ll recommend it, but supplements are purchased separately and kept to what you actually need.

Can I start while I’m pregnant or postpartum?

Yes. Your plan is shaped around your trimester or where you are in recovery, and it changes with you as you go.

Do you take insurance?

I don’t bill insurance, but I do accept HSA cards.
